Deanna's Extensive Training
- The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.
- The China Institute in Manhattan
- Study with Simone Beck in France (Julia Child's original partner) and Jacques Pepin (Child's last partner)
- Two summers in the kitchens of several Michelin one to three star restaurants (plus August of 2003) including Chez Troisgros (rated by Michelin as one of the top 20 restaurants out of 4000 in all of France)
Deanna's Experience
- Five years as personal chef for the owner of a major financial publication in New York, serving such guests as the CEO of CitiCorp and the King and Queen of Sweden
- Coordinated corporate parties for hundreds of guests in New York and Los Angeles
- Five years managing all chefs for a Manhattan-based foodservice company (which was later sold to Marriott Foodservice) that operates in-house dining facilities for some of the world's most prestigious law firms, investment banks, and Fortune 500 companies
- Weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal brunches, pre-wedding dinners, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and holiday parties
- Eight years chairing various committees for charity events for up to 2000 guests.
